Mental Health Service Administrator (MHSA) Network
You have access to mental health providers in the MHSA Network who can treat anxiety, depression, addiction, and much more. This includes conditions that require intensive outpatient care or admission to a hospital or residential treatment center.

You can speak with a mental health provider by phone, video, or in person for a low copay. Check your plan’s Summary of Benefits for cost details.

To find a provider in the MHSA Network:

  • Select the link below.

  • On the provider search page, under "Choose your Benefit Plan," select BSC MHSA. Under "Choose a Provider List," select Non-Medicare provider.

  • Enter your location details, and select provider type, specialty, gender, ages treated, and any other criteria that are important to you. Then, select Search. Note: To find a provider who offers virtual services, under "Specialties," choose Telehealth.
Teladoc mental health services
Teladoc's licensed mental health providers can help you manage stress, grief, addiction, and more. You can talk to a Teladoc provider by phone or video for a $0 copay. (Appointments are available to members age 13 years and older.)

You will need to schedule a mental health appointment in advance. Appointments are available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time, seven days a week.
