BlueHPN EPO plan
Plan highlights:

- Urgent and emergency care coverage worldwide
EPO plan
Plan highlights:
- Access to PPO network providers only (nationwide)
- Low, fixed copayments, just like an HMO plan
- Self-refer to specialists—no PCP referral required
- Fixed copay for virtual care (medical and mental health)
- Urgent and emergency care coverage worldwide
PPO plan
Plan highlights:
- Freedom to visit any doctor—in or out of our PPO network
- Costs include coinsurance after meeting the deductible
- Self-refer to specialists—no PCP referral required
- Coverage for medical care across the United States
- Includes virtual care (medical and mental health)
Tandem PPO plan
Plan highlights:
- Access to Tandem PPO network providers only
- Costs include coinsurance after meeting the deductible
- A PCP will be assigned but you can change any time
- Self-refer to specialists—no PCP referral required

High Deductible PPO plan (HDHP)

Access care away from home
Away From Home Care (HMO plans only)
Students, long-term travelers, and family members living apart can rely on access to health care from Blue Cross Blue Shield plans in select states.
Call the Car (Trio HMO plan only)
Eligible Trio HMO members who have a serious illness can access non-emergency medical transportation through Call the Car.
MinuteClinic (EPO and PPO plans only)
Access walk-in health care from registered nurses every day at CVS and Target. (HMO members should check with their doctor's office before visiting a retail clinic.)
Visit urgent care centers when your doctor is not available, saving you time and money compared to an emergency room visit.
