  • Headspace offers over 500 guided meditations to help with anxiety, sleep, and more, as well as yoga workouts, wind-down exercises, and other features.

  • Ginger offers confidential mental health care through coaching and self-guided activities 24/7/365. Video therapy and psychiatry sessions are also available for a copay as stated in your plan’s Summary of Benefits.

With the HMO plan, you will:
  • Only pay a fixed copayment for most services
  • Be asked to select a primary care physician (PCP) to coordinate your care and refer you to specialists and hospitals within their medical group.

PPO $aver/HSA and PPO Super $aver/HSA plans
With the PPO $aver/HSA and PPO Super $aver/HSA plans, you can:
  • See any doctor you choose, though you usually pay less for services that are provided by PPO network providers.
  • Self-refer to specialists.
  • Pay a copayment or coinsurance for most services after the plan’s deductible has been met.
  • Have the option to pair with a federal tax-free health savings account (HSA) to help you save money.
  • Have the the broad Blue Shield PPO network available to you.

With the EPO plan:
