Trio HMO plan network now includes virtual providers

Members ages 18 and older now have the option to select a virtual provider as their assigned primary care physician (PCP). To choose a virtual PCP, they must select the Accolade Care medical group online by logging into blueshieldca.com or by calling the customer service number on the back of their ID card. Members who choose to keep their existing in-person PCP will continue to have access to virtual care through Teladoc Health.
