- Access to Trio HMO network providers only
- You must live in the Trio HMO service area

- Enhanced assistance from Shield Concierge
PPO plan

- Primary care office visit: $0

Plan highlights:
- Freedom to visit any doctor—in or out of our PPO network
- Self-refer to specialists—no PCP referral required
- $0 copay for virtual care (medical and mental health)
- Costs include coinsurance after meeting the deductible
- Coverage for medical care across the United States
If you are 65 or older, you are also eligible to enroll in a Medicare retiree plan.

Away From Home Care (HMO plans only)
Students, long-term travelers, and family members living apart can rely on access to health care from Blue Cross Blue Shield plans in select states.
Call the Car (Trio HMO plan only)
Eligible Trio HMO members who have a serious illness can access non-emergency medical transportation through Call the Car.
Access walk-in health care from registered nurses every day at CVS and Target. HMO members should check with their doctor's office before visiting a retail clinic.
Visit urgent care centers when your doctor is not available, saving you time and money compared to an emergency room visit.
